A bachelor of arts in psychology and sociology graduate of Slippery Rock State College, Patrick Stoup is the chief executive officer of SAI in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He develops strategies to achieve the firm's objectives and oversees monthly reports to ensure the achievement of key performance indexes and financial goals. Alongside work, Patrick Stoup provides financial support to organizations that aid children who are sick, vulnerable families, and veterans through the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce.

Tracing its roots back to 1912, the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce bridges the gap between local businesses and the community in Montgomery. In this work, the group's primary mission is to improve the business environment such that existing and incoming businesses will thrive, thus creating job opportunities for local residents. It also promotes and encourages community support for government, educational, and charitable causes, including the local Fisher House Foundation charter in Rockville, the county seat of Montgomery.

The foundation offers free accommodations for wounded military veterans (and their families) as they await discharge from medical centers. These centers are located in VA medical institutions.
